Shipping and delivery may take up to 14 working days to dispatch. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all orders.

AURICULAS :
£6.45 for small orders under £45
£11.00 for orders above £45
for any exceptionally large orders we may need to contact you and adjust the posting costs marginally.
Please bear in mind we are a two man team, and one team member does not like getting involved in parcels, so every effort is made to send out orders as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days, and we try our best to avoid any parcels in transit over weekends.
When your plants arrive, please unpack them immediately. Should there be a problem, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) by telephone, email or text.
