Our summer growing tip: a drench-and-drought watering cycle, allowing the compost to dry between thorough waterings, can encourage more pronounced bumps. This is a summer technique, not a recommendation to drench the plant through winter.
Each plant is individual, so its colour, size and bump development will vary with the season and growing conditions.
