At the flowers shows we are renown for selling a top quality product and here on the internet it is no difference. Often this can be reflected in our price; All our bulbs we source direct from the growers in Holland and in the UK and are TOP SIZED unless stated.
At W&S Lockyer, we want to give our customers satisfaction that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us!
We aim to supply a good quality product at all times. If however you consider our goods and services to be in any way defective or sub-standard, please contact us on 07903319655 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org All returns must be returned at your cost and within 7 days of receipt of order (unless previously agreed with us in writing). Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received by us, less the cost of postage.
If you wish to cancel an order please do so as soon as possible or get in touch with us if you need help in anyway to cancel. This prevents us from processing your order.
Do you accept Garden Gift Vouchers?
We're sorry but we do not accept any Garden Gift vouchers, nor do we have vouchers or gift cards of our own.
