RELEASE OF AURICULAS 2024 -2025
We are excited to begin releasing a small range of our auricula for mail order. We began in December '24, much earlier than anticipated. As always through out the Spring we will gradually add to the varieties we have to offer. We do always try to announce the updates via instagram and facebook so please do follow us !
Posting may take up to 10 working days to dispatch, but we try our best to get them posted promptly.
Primula auricula 'Roy Le Sauvage'
Auricula 'Roy Le Sauvage', was raised in 2012 by William Lockyer, and was named after a close family friend.
A charming white/pink border variety that offsets wells. As the plant increases it will throw up multiple flower trusses, and put on a real display in the Spring!
Primula auricula 'Heaven Scent'
Another of Bill Lockyers seed raisings, and named 'Heaven Scent' after its strongly scented flowers. This variety also increases well, and never fails to put on a good display of flowers in Spring.

Originally established by William Lockyer and Simon Lockyer in the late 1980’s. Since William Lockyers’ passing, Simon with his partner Louise has continued to grow the business together, exhibiting at leading RHS flower shows across the country, please see our SHOW DATES to find out where we are next.
Plant collecting is notoriously addictive but for us it is both a muse and a profession.
We see this website as a seed of an idea that we hope to see blossom with time.
